New features and improvements in Neurolucida Explorer

Update to offline software licensing. Due to updates to the Neurolucida Explorer activation process, systems that that do not have access to the internet or have intermittent/unreliable internet access require reactivation. View instructions for offline software activation.
Puncta nearest neighbor analysis updated to report puncta in all channels
Added a new option to save all results to a single Excel file
Somas were added to the Puncta colocalization analysis
Closed surface analyses can now be conducted with more structures, including spines and varicosities

An alert is now displayed when a proposed file name exceeds the 30-character limit
The recent file list now updates during Neurolucida Explorer sessions
The results tables have been updated throughout Neurolucida Explorer to enhance clarity and usability
New ability to set the interval for the Tree Interval analysis (one of the many Branched structure analyses)
Data files that include results from using the Detect Orientation tool now display orientation arrows. The vector coordinates and eigenvalues are also now included in the Fiber Orientation analysis report.
Convex Hull report now includes the Feret min and max.

The Spine Details report can now include the Segment ID
The Sholl analysis can now report the number of puncta, puncta volume and surface area
Puncta Distance from Additional Structures report can now include the spine-type information
