Vessel Data analyses

The following vessel data analyses are available in Neurolucida Explorer.

Results are provided in the following formats:

The most common is a table with numeric results.
Some results are displayed in a graphical form (e.g., polar histograms and fan-in diagrams).

If several analyses are selected at once, several table reports or diagrams are generated. The tables and diagrams can be saved, and exported.
