Vessel data analyses

The following vessel-data analyses are available in Neurolucida Explorer.

Find these tools developed specifically for analyzing vessels in the Vessel Data section of the Analyze ribbon:

Other vessel analyses

Other vessel related analyses are available in the Neuron Data section of the Analyze ribbon:

	Closed surface
	Sholl Convex hull
	Fiber Orientation

Results

Results are provided in the following formats:

• The most common is a table with numeric results.
• Some results are displayed in a graphical form (e.g., polar histograms and fan-in diagrams).

If several analyses are selected at once, several table reports or diagrams are generated. The tables and diagrams can be saved, and exported.
