Branched structure analyses are useful for quantifying morphometric features.

Procedure

  1. Select branched Structure Analysis from the Structure drop-down menu on the Analyze ribbon.

  2. Select analyses and click OK. Windows for each analysis selected will be displayed.

    • Select All Possible Analyses: All available Branched Structure analyses are performed. Available analyses vary depending on the types of structures selected.
    • Select No Analyses: Clears all selected analyses.

  3. To save and export the analyses to a single Excel file, click Current windows on the Analyze ribbon.
