Neuron Data analyses

The following neuron analyses are available in Neurolucida Explorer.

Find these tools in the Neuron Data section of the Analyze ribbon:

	Branched structure Branch angle Vertex Dendrogram Fractal analysis Tree points analysis Individual tree segment analysis
	Tangential distribution Proximity Closed surface
	Sholl 3D wedge Wedge Convex hull Layer length
	Polar histogram Fan-in diagram

Analysis results

Results are provided in the following formats:

• The most common is a table with numeric results.
• Some results are displayed in a graphical form (e.g., polar histograms and fan-in diagrams).

If several branch structure analyses are selected at once, several table reports or diagrams are generated. The tables and diagrams can be saved, and exported.
