9. Output location
Store Acquired Images
Path : Enter the path using one of the following methods:
- Type in a desired path OR
- Click the browse button and navigate to the location for the images to be saved; a new folder can be created if desired.
Image Base: Type the Image base name—the first component for the file name of each image saved. For example, if the base name is "OF," each saved image file name begins with "OF."
Format: Select a file type from the drop-down menu.
Jpeg2000 (.jp2) is the recommended format for image stacks; this format is highly compressed, enabling more stacks to be acquired before memory issues arise.
Data File
File Name: Enter a file name for the data file (i.e., contours/tracings) that will now be associated with the stored image files.
