6. Sampling parameters review

Procedure

Review the Current Sampling Parameter Settings which contains the parameters that will be used for counting.

If a change needs to be made to the disector height, return to step 1. Set up the subject. If a change needs to be made to the counting frame or grid size, return to step 4. Define the counting frame size or 5. Define SRS grid layout.

DO NOT change parameters for every section within a test subject. All parameters must be kept constant throughout all the sections of the subject for the calculations to be valid.
