Punctum: Used to determine absolute and relative location of punctum/puncta. Includes reports on puncta number, size metrics, density, colocalization, and distance to other structures. |
|
Colocalization: Reports the number of marker pairs that are within a user-specified distance of each other. |
Analysis results
Results are provided in the following formats:
- The most common is a table with numeric results.
- Some results are displayed in a graphical form (e.g., polar histograms and fan-in diagrams).
If several analyses are selected at once, several table reports or diagrams are generated. The tables and diagrams can be saved, and exported
