Using the browser

• To open images, click a thumbnail OR check the box below the thumbnail and click the button (see Opening and closing images).

Administrators or viewers with full/maintainer role:

• To enter/edit image information (i.e., description, notes, objective, tags), check the box below the thumbnail then click the button
• To delete images, check the box below the thumbnail then click the button.

Administrators or viewers with full/maintainer role:

• Check the box below the image thumbnail and click the button
• Images are saved in the browser's default location for downloads.

• Use the thumbnails: Change the thumbnail view as desired.
• Use the Search field to search image titles, descriptions, filenames, and tags.
  • To search multiple terms, use a comma between the terms. Example: 
  • To see only results containing both terms, select Search all images with value (AND). Example:
• Use tags to filter images: Click the Tags button to see existing tags or the Tag Matrix button to set two-dimensional filters.

• To view the content of a Tracked Directory, click a name in the Tracked Directories panel on the left.
• For Administrators: To enable users to view or maintain a directory, click the Edit icon.

• To view the content of a Classroom, click the name of a Classroom.
• Administrators or Viewers with Maintainer/Full role:
  • To create a Classroom, click the icon ; to delete it, click the icon .
  • To add an image to a Classroom, drag a thumbnail over the name of a Classroom.
