Open images in a grid layout

Useful to create image montages.

1. Click File>Open>Images in a grid layout.
2. Select the images to load from the Image Open dialog box.
3. The Load Multiple Images dialog box opens .
   1. Enter the number of columns for the grid.
   2. Optional: check the box to apply the same scaling to all the images.
   3. Click the Load all into a grid layout button.
