Network

Purpose

Network provides analyses specific to vessel networks. Data reports can be generated for full networks, network segments, anastomoses, and nodes. Network can be accessed in the Vessel Data section of the Analyze ribbon.

Network analyses

Networks	Generates a summary of metrics for selected vessels.
Anastomoses	Provides metrics for anastomoses which are loops constituted by segments with a diameter equal or smaller than a specified maximum diameter.
Contiguous Segments	Reports quantitative data for each contiguous length of segments.
Binned Segments	Segments are grouped in bins according to their average diameters and quantitative data for each bin are reported.
Segment Details	This analysis provides quantitative data pertaining to each individual vessel segment.
Nodes	Location and size metrics for selected nodes are reported.
Marker to Vessel	Analyzes the spatial relationship between markers and vessels.
