Tracing from a deconvolved image (3D)
Before you start tracing in the 3D environment, use the Image Adjustment tool to improve 3D visualization; this is especially useful to prepare your image prior to spine detection.
- In the 3D window, click the Open Image icon to load a deconvolved image.
- If desired you can associate traced structures with individual color channels by selecting the color channel for display using either the Channel panel on the left side of the 3D environment window or the Image Adjustment tool (on the Image and Workspace ribbons) in the 2D window.
- If necessary to clearly view your image, use the Image Adjustment tool in the 2D window to optimize image display for your purposes.
- Return to the 3D window and start tracing.
