Scan slide (legacy)

Requires a separate license

We recommend using the Slide scanning workflow, however this legacy system remains available for those who need or prefer it.

Procedure

To start the process, type "scan slide" in the Quick Launch bar (upper right corner), then select Scan slide (legacy) (Acquire) from the results.

Note: To include the button for this procedure on the Acquire ribbon, go to File > Preferences > Display > Interface options and check the box to Show legacy slide scanning.

4. Capturing a background image (brightfield only)
5. Adjusting the scanning settings
6. Setting up a focus map (2D and 3D images)
7. Scanning & compiling the image
