AutoSpine Step 2: Quick-Test Setup

Use this option when working with a dense, complex image. This enables you to test your parameters on a small region that you consider typical of the branches under investigation relatively quickly.

1. Click on a branch. AutoSpine represents the traced branch as a series of points (white squares).
2. To select points, draw a marquee around the a portion of the branch that you've identified as typical. Selected points are displayed as small colored squares .
3. Click Next Step to access the command to run the test.

3. Click Next Step to access the command to run the test.
