AutoSpine Step 1: AutoSpine Configuration

Creates a new AutoSpine configuration for this data.

Choose a previously saved AutoSpine configuration from the list. Neurolucida displays its parameters, which include the image type, detection sensitivity, surface clearance, and outer range. You can change any of these settings later in the workflow.

• Click Remove from List to delete the configuration.
• Click Copy to Clipboard to copy these settings to reproduce your results on similar images, for your own records, troubleshooting, etc.

Uses the settings from the most recent AutoSpine workflow run. You can change any of these settings later in the workflow.

Displays a view of the image with the stacked "flattened."

Use to adjust brightness or contrast and select channels (Image Adjustment).

The program automatically determines the type. If this is incorrect, select the correct type.
