Virtual Tissue Compiler
Virtual Tissue Compiler creates montages by compiling virtual tissue images based on multiple individual image files.
It is a batch tool. This means that, if you used Acquire Virtual Tissue for several slides and saved the acquired images for each slide in a single folder, Virtual Tissue Compiler automatically compiles a virtual tissue image for each slide.
Prerequisites
- Acquire Virtual Tissue was used to acquire 3D individual image files.
- Postpone Compilation was selected in the Virtual Tissue Acquire Options.
Compiling Virtual Tissue files
- Click Acquisition>Virtual Tissue Compiler. Neurolucida displays the Open dialog box.
- Select the folder containing the acquired images.
- Select the location where you want to save the compiled images. The compiled images are generated.
