Batch processing
Purpose
Use batch processing to instruct WormLab software to track multiple project or video files unattended.
Batch processing project files
This procedure requires you to use the Track workflow to set up tracking parameters then save a project file to be added to the batch list.

Set up the parameters for each project file.
Use the Track workflow as follows:

Follow the Import Image Sequence, Set Sequence Info, Adjust Image, and Detect steps.

Display the Tracking tab and adjust the parameters as needed.

Click the Save Project button to save your project and the correct parameters.
Don't click the Start button!

Once all the projects are ready, click the Batch button to display the Batch Processing panel.

Under File selection, click Add to add project files (.wpr) to the list.
To remove files from the list, click remove or remove all.

Under Batch processing control, click Start to initiate the tracking process for all the projects.
If needed, click Pause to pause the batch tracking process, or click Stop to cancel.

Batch processing video files
This procedure enables you to add video files to the batch list and apply a single existing parameter configuration to all the files. This requires consistent acquisition conditions between video acquisitions.
Create configuration parameter sets in the Configuration Manager.

Click the Batch button to display the Batch Processing panel.

Under File selection, click Add to add video files (.avi) to the list.
To remove files from the list, click remove or remove all.

Check the box under Apply Configuration and choose a configuration from the dropdown menu.

Under Batch processing control, click Start to initiate the tracking process for all the videos.
If needed, click Pause to pause the batch tracking process, or click Stop to cancel.
