Align tracing and specimen

Use the tools on this page:

• in conjunction with the Serial Section manager section alignment - OR -
• to re-align your tracing after taking the slide off from the microscope or restarting the software

 

If your contours come out of alignment with your live image while tracing, make sure the correct lens is selected from the drop-down menu.
If the correct lens is already selected, please refer to the calibration protocol.

 

An alignment tool might:

• move the current section only
• move images in the current section
• move the reference point
