Slide Loader setup 8: Select Virtual Tissue magnification

Select the high magnification objective that will be used for the acquisition of a 3D Virtual Tissue image.

 

If you need to use oil:

1. Check Use oil dispenser
2. Specify the number of drops from the drop-down menu.
3. Select Spread oil with objective to have the oil spread on the slide automatically (using the objective and moving the stage) before each acquisition.
4. Click Dispense Oil Now to dispense oil on the current slide.
