The Image Organizer is divided into three sections (tabs):
Displays the location and status of each of the images that are open in the current tracing window and contains several features for manipulating the appearance of the images. It doesn't apply to markers or tracings.
The images are listed in the order in which they were opened. The most recent image is listed at the top and appears in front of the other images where they overlap.
Z is a Z-depth adjustment tool for manual adjustment.

Turns visibility on or off for all checked images. |

Centers image in the Tracing window. |

Moves image up or down in the Image Organizer list (you can also drag and drop the thumbnail). |

Enables batch image processing and can only apply to images of the same type (e.g., RGB or grayscale).

Provides information about acquisition settings.
Provides additional details on images loaded from a Biolucida server (Biolucida Server).
A selected image (highlighted in blue) is not the same as a checked image.
Only one image can be selected at a time while multiple images can be checked (for deletion, application of image effects, and hiding of images).
The selected image is the image that is used for File>Image Save/Image Save As and Image>Linear Pixel Plot/Pixel Window.
