5. Set acquire magnification
Overview
Set the magnification you want to use to acquire an image of your specimen.
Procedure
Adjust Microscope for Acquiring
- On your microscope, choose the most suitable objective to see the structures of interest in your specimen.
- Select acquire objective: Select the corresponding software lens from the drop-down menu.
