Multichannel control

Use in conjunction with Acquire>Capture>Enable multichannel.

 

To use Multichannel Control & prepare for multichannel acquisitions:

1. Configure your channels: Use the button and configure your channels in the Multichannel acquisitions tab (see General preferences: Multichannel)
2. Check Remember Video Settings .
3. Click the appropriate device command sequence button for a channel (Red, Green, Blue, Four, Five, Six)); adjust the exposure in the camera settings until a fully balanced histogram is achieved.

   The program has "memorized" the camera settings for each channel and is ready to apply them for acquisition.

4. Click Acquire>Capture>Enable multichannel.
