Branched structure analyses are useful for quantifying morphometric features.

Procedure

  1. Go to Analyze > Neuron data > Structure > Branched Structure Analysis

  2. Select analyses and click OK. Windows for each analysis selected will be displayed.

    • Select All Possible Analyses: All available Branched Structure analyses are performed. Available analyses vary depending on the types of structures selected.
    • Select No Analyses: Clears all selected analyses.

  3. Save and export the analyses to a single Excel file: Use Analyze>Export>Current windows.
