Procedure

  1. Click Analyze>Neuron data>Structure .
    • Select All Possible Analyses: All available Branched Structure analyses are performed. Available analyses vary depending on the types of structures selected.
    • Select No Analyses: Clears all selected analyses.
  2. Select analyses and click OK. Neurolucida Explorer opens a separate report window for each selected analysis.
  3. Save and export the analyses to a single Excel file: Use Analyze>Export>Current windows.
