Exporting to Excel

Go to Analyze>Export and choose one of the two methods:

Batch analysis

1. Click Analyze>Batch analyses.
2. In the Add files window, select all the data files (the data files should be saved in the same folder) to be analyzed.
3. In the Run in batch window, check the desired analyses on the left, choose your Save Option on the right, and click Run.

   Neurolucida Explorer displays the folder where the Excel file has been saved.

   To view the results immediately, check the box Open Excel spreadsheet on completion.

   To enable Open Excel spreadsheet on completion, you need to save the data file to a local drive.

Current windows

1. Open a data file.
2. Run your analyses.
3. Click Analyze>Export>Current windows.
4. Select a destination folder.

   Neurolucida Explorer displays the folder where the Excel file has been saved.

 

If you don’t need data from a specific analysis, close the corresponding data table in the program before exporting.
