Image loading is slow/incomplete
And annotations may not be displayed, or are slow to appear. You may have a slow connection or insufficient bandwidth.
To assess your bandwidth, run a test:
- Click Account in the top menu.
- Under Settings, click the Run button. We recommend at least 5Mbps.
To improve the loading process:
- Turn off all other network-intensive applications such as video streaming or gaming.
- Consider making the Biolucida viewer window smaller. With a smaller window, smaller regions of data are loaded, resulting in a shorter loading time.
- Make adjustments to the movement resolution.
