Bending angle analyses

Mid-point

 

Calculates the angle (green) between the midpoint-head segment (red) and the midpoint-tail segment (red).

Reports the angles based on the conditions (amplitude and duration) defined in the Turning Report.

 

 

Multiple points

 

Calculates the angles (red) between "sample point to sample point" segments (green).

• N sample angles = N+2 sample points
• An angle of zero degrees means that the worm is straight (there is no bend).
