Mean/Peristaltic speed
Mean speed (µm/s): Includes averaging of negative values, when the worm is reversing.
Peristaltic speed (µm/s): Peristaltic track length divided by time.
Straight-line distance
Shortest distance between centroids at the beginning and the end of a worm track (trajectory).
