Track workflow: Analyze Data

You've already collected data with the Tracking step in the workflow.

1. Click Analyze Data in the workflow (or View>Analyze Data in the menu) to open the Analysis and Plotting window.
2. Select an analysis from one of these categories:
   • Position & Speed analyses
   • Body Shape analyses
   • Histograms
   • Label analysis
   • Chemotaxis
   • Swimming

Data tables and the video display are synchronized. When you select a frame number in the data table, the corresponding frame is displayed in the main window.

3. Adjust the analysis parameters and click the Refresh Data button.
4. Click the Export button to export your data.
