Tracing a worm manually

In very rare instances, you may need to manually trace a worm that failed detection because its shape does not conform to the detection parameters previously set.

  1. Click the icon
  2. Click along the worm's centerline from head to tail to draw the worm.
  3. Right-click at the tail to end the drawing. An overlay model is placed over the worm.

    4. If you right-click away from the worm, even slightly, the model is incorrect. See an example of an incorrect model here:
