Slide scanning compiler
The compiler creates montages by compiling virtual tissue images based on multiple individual image files.
It is a batch tool. This means that, if you scanned several slides and saved the scans for each slide in a single folder, the compiler automatically compiles a virtual tissue image for each slide.
Prerequisites
- Acquire>Capture>Scan slide was used to acquire 3D individual image files.
- Postpone Compilation was selected in the Slide scanning settings.
Compiling Virtual Tissue files
- Click Image>Compilers>Slide scanning.
- In the Browse for folder window, select the folder containing the acquired images.
- Select the location where you want to save the compiled images. The compiled images are generated.
