4. Set microscope to high magnification

Procedure

1. Switch to a high power objective suitable for imaging the objects of interest between the reference and the lookup sections.
2. Select the matching lens from the Select High Mag Lens drop-down menu.

The level of magnification required will vary depending on your tissue and staining; some types of staining are easier to see at lower magnification and some may only be clearly visible at higher magnification.
