Open images in a grid layout

Purpose

Opens selected images in a grid layout, i.e., arranged in rows and columns. This may be useful for creating an image montage.

Procedure

1. Go to File > Open and click Images In Grid Layout.
2. Select the images to load from the Image Open dialog box.
3. The Load Multiple Images dialog box opens .
   1. Enter the number of columns for the grid.
   2. Optional: check the box to use the scaling information in the first image for all images.
   3. Click the Load all into a grid layout button.
