To start the process, type "scan slide" in the Quick Launch bar (upper right corner).

Procedure

1. Preparing your workspace
2. Tracing the region of interest
3. Adjusting camera (and multichannel) settings
4. Capturing a background image (brightfield only)
5. Adjusting the scanning settings
6. Setting up a focus map (2D and 3D images)
7. Scanning & compiling the image
