Adjust Microscope for Acquiring

  1. Choose the most suitable objective to see the cells of interest.
  2. Select the corresponding lens from the drop-down menu Select acquire lens.

 

Use Joy Track to maintain the alignment between tracing and traced tissue when you move the stage with the joystick.

Stereo Investigator Cleared Tissue Edition tracks stage movement in (X, Y, Z) to maintain alignment.

To focus without changing the Z position of the tracing, use Joy Free.
