Adjust Microscope to Trace Region(s)

1. Select a lens from the Select Low Mag Lens drop-down menu.
2. Ensure that the matching objective is selected on your hardware.

 

We recommend an objective with which you can view a large portion of your ROI.

If it is difficult to distinguish the boundary of your ROI, you may need a higher magnification.
