Select Acquired SRS Image Series
Purpose
Use the Select Acquired SRS Image Series button to conduct stereology analysis using an image or image-stack series captured using systematic random-sampling (SRS) methodology.
This tool is useful for running the Fractionator and Area Fraction Fractionator probe probes on SRS image series.
Before you start

- If you chose to Modify Acquire Settings in the previous step, a dialog box similar to that used for the SRS image-series acquisition may open; you can typically change some of the settings (others will be grayed out).
-
Probes that do not have a workflow will typically be at the step where you choose a marker and begin counting.
