Automatic object detection

Stereo Investigator software can automatically detect, outline and mark objects (i.e., entities with distinct boundaries) in acquired images using the following tools found on the Pipelines ribbon:

• Mark objects
• Detect cells
• Outline objects
• Auto contour

These software tools can help speed up your work, however, they cannot replace the human eye. Once the process is completed, we recommend that you examine the results for accuracy.
