SRS Image Series workflow — Step 1

Subject Information

Type your name, the subject of the study, and any notes pertaining to this study or animal.

Sampling Parameters

Click Yes to load previous sampling parameters.

1. Click next to the Name field; the Workflow Configuration Browser dialog box opens.
2. Select the appropriate Configuration parameters from the Parameters Set.

Enter Serial Section Information

• # of sections to count: Leave it as 1 if you are unsure.
• Section’s cut thickness: Enter the thickness that the tissue was cut at (required to move to the next step).
• Section evaluation interval: Enter the section evaluation interval of the tissue.
• Starting section number: Leave this as 1 (you can alternatively click Randomize for a random starting section number).
• Z-value of first section: Leave this at 0 (you can alternatively enter the Z distance if you know it).
