Resample Disector

The Resample Disector probe is designed to identify the effect of tissue perturbations in cell counts in the Z dimension. It can help you identify the appropriate guard zones and disector height.

Prerequisites

One complete probe run or a probe run in progress
Microsoft Excel 2003 or later

How do I perform a Resample Disector probe run?

Click Probes>Resample Disector. Stereo Investigator displays the Resample Disector window .
Highlight the probe runs you wish to resample to select them.
Click the Resample button. Stereo Investigator displays the Section Interval window .
Change the interval and click OK. Stereo Investigator begins the resample oversample process.
When complete, Stereo Investigator opens a MS Excel workbook with the results.
