Diagnostic Window

The Diagnostic Window displays operational information including internal error messages, error or information messages from hardware (when available) and diagnostic information.

This is a very useful tool as MBF Bioscience Support can use the information from the Diagnostic Window to diagnose and solve your hardware and software issues.

 

• To hide the Diagnostic Window, click Hide Diagnostics in the Status Bar.
• To show the Diagnostic Window, click Show Diagnostics in the Status Bar or Help>Diagnostic Window.
