Define AutoMove Area
Use Move>Define AutoMove Area to define a rectangular region on the screen.
- Drag the mouse to draw a rectangle from top left to bottom right. The new AutoMove Area is applied immediately.
Setting the AutoMove Area to encompass the central 2/3 of the screen typically reduces visual confusion when the stage executes a move to center a chosen peripheral point.
- To cancel the operation, use the ESC key or click Move>Define AutoMove Area again.
- If the AutoMove area is defined "backwards" (dragging from the lower right to the upper left corner), each point that is drawn is centered immediately, whether it is inside or outside the AutoMove area.
