Enable Background Correction

This option is checked in the menu if Enable Background Correction was selected while acquiring a background image (Acquire Background Image).

You need to acquire a background image before you can enable background correction.

How it works

Neurolucida uses an image of an empty background to correct acquired images for uneven illumination.
