Traced Structures panel

The panel lists all the structures saved in the data file under several tabs. To hide or show the panel, click the button Traced Structures in the View ribbon bar.

• Contour tab: Contours by type ( doesn't sort open and closed contours)  
• Marker tab: All markers by type
• Neuron tab: All neurons
• Section tab: Sections in order

Selecting structures

To select a structure and highlight it in the graphical window, click the name of the structure.
