Spine head measurements

Spine head diameter—Maximum width identified between the dendrite and the furthest point on the spine head (taking the shortest path).

Spine head center—Center of the segment representing the maximum width identified between the dendrite and the furthest point on the spine head (taking the shortest path)

For a spine with a relatively uniform width (e.g., stubby spine), the spine head center is the same as the center of mass.
