Marker totals (branched structure)
Use for morphometric features to compile markers' quantities and densities.
If you used the spine toolbar or the Spines mode in Neurolucida 360, use the Branched Structure Analysis: Spines analysis.
Analysis results
Reports the quantity, density, and average diameter of each marker type by centrifugal branch order.
If you selected additional branch orders for your analyses, additional data is displayed below the rows of data relative to the centrifugal branch orders.
- To select additional branch orders, use the File>Preferences>Ordering panel.
Type
Marker type selected in Neurolucida.If spines were placed using the Spine toolbar, they are listed by class under the marker types.
Density
[Quantity of markers on the segment] / [Length of the segment]
Average diameter
Average diameter of the markers on the segment.
